Kicking off with all the action from the 2023 Australian Grand Prix, where even the drivers were left bemused with a total of THREE red flags, the first time ever in F1 history!

In terms of the drivers, the guys discuss so many key moments including Perez's cockup in qualifying, to then surprisingly get driver of the day! Poor Alex and Carlos, but fantastic results for the old hands of Lewis and Fernando, and as always, magnificent Max (or was it magnificent, with an off onto the grass - was it more about the car and the aero than the driver?)

Indycar at Texas was simply sensational with more thrills and spills in this oval race than you could shake a stick at. The race ended under a pace car, but that didn't detract from the scintillating spectacle.

Back down under in Melbourne, there was also F2 and F3 action, together with the British drivers, plus a fiery Supercars. And the boys discuss the crowd issue of the people on the track during the race.

There's MotoGP from Argentina, with some wet weather driving, after an exciting sprint race, and also NASCAR from Richmond, Virginia.

Finally, a look at the first race of the season for the Caterham Championships from Oulton Park.
