Team Rat, Team Raccoon or Team RatCoon it doesn't matter as long as the actual team keeps playing the way they have been. The Mets are on a 5-game win streak, currently in first in the NL East and the lineup is FINALLY HITTING.

We said last week that they needed to bring Bully Ball back and some of the guys needed to show a spine and get angry and boy did they! Francisco Lindor and Jeff McNeil's frustrations apparently boiled over in the tunnel and what resulted was an absolute breakout for both superstars. They let the anger flow through them and they channeled it into mashing baseballs.

Truly couldn't have seen that coming from the two most mild mannered people on the planet, but what's more is, we couldn't have made up that rat-raccoon cover story if our lives depended on it. So dumb, so stupid, so over-the-top, yet so perfect. If this run continues and we continue to beat the brakes off of teams then the RatCoon story will go down in infamy as the turning point of the entire franchise.
