The WBC lived up to the hype and it ended in a way that Hollywood couldn’t even dream up: Shohei Ohtani vs. Mike Trout in the final game, in the final inning and in the final at-bat. Spoiler alert: Trout struck out and Japan won the championship. Stacey and Steve discuss the amazing ending to the tournament and Steve tries to calm down after such an intense final at-bat. 

Luis Severino pitched on Tuesday and it was a mixed bag. There’s one stat that alarms both Stacey and Steve and they talk about how Severino needs to turn some things around or this season will not be a fun one for him or for Yankee fans. And will Matt Krook make the Opening Day roster? It’s possible the left-hander could be in the bullpen to start the season.
