In this episode, we start by getting emotionally current with each other, during which we see how we allow (or not allow) for each other's feelings.  We all share our own personal experiences around expressing emotions, what makes us feel unsafe, and then wrap up with some very specific practices that we all can do to   create a safer space for ourselves and others.
