Description
Early on in her career as a private practice dietitian, Gabrielle wasn’t aware of the effectiveness of meal replacement diets. Now she is completing her PhD on the use of severely energy-restricted diets and uses Very Low Energy Diets (VLEDs) with patients regularly to help them safely lose significant weight to improve their health. In this podcast we sit down with Gabrielle to discuss current research on diabetes remission and total diet replacements, as well as how dietitians can use VLEDs as a tool to help individuals who are overweight and obese to lose weight.
