Description

This week I visited The Rooster to record a two part episode with not only the owner of The Rooster, but Jonny and Matt from Queen City Rejects as well! On my half of the podcast, we talk about the trials of getting The Rooster open, how things are going since opening, and about a big punk rock show happening on 3.11.23 with Queen City Rejects, No Anger Control, Self Made Monsters, Van Huskins, and Y'all're! And since QCR is along for the ride on this one, we also talk about how this will be their final show! This one is filled with laughs and plenty of tangents, but we always get back to the subjects at hand! This episode is actually part two, so to hear part one, search Rooster Radio E69 wherever you listen to podcasts! Both episodes are also available in video from on youtube; see links below!Rooster Radio YouTube: https://youtu.be/ypHJZlt8qi8GGHT73 YouTube: https://youtu.be/FsjX8b0MPPE The Rooster: https://theroostergastonia.com/QCR, No Anger Control, Self Made Monsters, Van Huskins, Y'all're: https://fb.me/e/2juJwW7jGhttps://theroostergastonia.ticketleap.com/queen-city-reject/dates/Mar-11-2023_at_0600PMSongs for GGHT73:Deadlock - DixonQueen City Rejects - Scream For The DeadVisit Gabba Gabba Huh? Welcome to the Gabba Gabba Huh? Podcast, featuring the best of The Carolinas' punk, alternative, hard rock, and heavy metal from the past 40 years. While the main podcast (Gabba Gabba Huh? Talks) will be more converstional and interview style, while "Gabba Gabba Huh? Radio" will focus on the music, with some background information on the songs and bands featured. Most songs will be digitized from original vinyl, cassette, or CD sources, thus the quality will vary, but will be rather true to the original form. Hosted by Mike Phillips from Van Huskins
