Description

This week I drove out to the cut to interview Laura, Nathan, and Wes of Mercury Dimes! Surrounded by their beautiful farm, along with a barn full of roosters, we sat on their porch and talked about everything from free shows, otc drugs, a band called MILF, the joys of seltzer water, making noise, and of course we talked about their musical journey to becoming Mercury Dimes. We get some rain on the tin roof, and there was some important stuff that I had to keep in, but it only lasts for a few minutes before we break and come back to less background noise! Do you expect anything else from a punk rock, DIY podcast?!Mercury Dimes: https://www.facebook.com/mercurydimesbandhttps://mercurydimes.bandcamp.com/DCKSMSHR:https://www.facebook.com/DCKSMSHRhttps://dcksmshr.bandcamp.com/TLB:https://3letterband.bandcamp.com/Fringe:https://fringe1.bandcamp.com/Suicide Rabbit:https://suiciderabbit.bandcamp.com/Gabba Gabba Huh?: https://linktr.ee/gabbagabbahuhSongs for GGHT63:Mercury Dimes -  Tomorrow's ResponsibilitiesTLB - Pizza GuySuicide Rabbit - Funky Yellow TruckFringe - Criminal ChemicalMercury Dimes - WoolDCKSMSHR - Christian FuneralMercury Dimes - My Name is AliceThis episode is brought to you by Hobo Wolfman Records. Welcome to the Gabba Gabba Huh? Podcast, featuring the best of The Carolinas' punk, alternative, hard rock, and heavy metal from the past 40 years. While the main podcast (Gabba Gabba Huh? Talks) will be more converstional and interview style, while "Gabba Gabba Huh? Radio" will focus on the music, with some background information on the songs and bands featured. Most songs will be digitized from original vinyl, cassette, or CD sources, thus the quality will vary, but will be rather true to the original form. Hosted by Mike Phillips from Van Huskins
