This week I took a trip for coffee and then sat down with Otis Hughes to talk about his history playing in such bands as Animal Bag, M4 Messenger, Poor Blue, Skynoceros, The Mystery Plan, Gideon Smith & The Dixie Damned, Overlord, and more, as well as a new, not-yet-named band to debut soon! We talk a lot about being in LA at the end of the eighties, how sometimes a recording deal ends because of new bosses, the influence of Spinal Tap, the loss of bandmates, and paying tribute to them by still playing the songs from time to time.
