If I hear one more Instagram coach comparing your small business with Rihanna and how she worked for free at the Super Bowl, and how you should work for free too, I’m going to flip a table (Teresa Giudice style)
In this episode, I chat about how you can’t compare your small business with Rihanna and her Super Bowl performance.
Indeed, at some point, you have to pay your dues ( you will choose how you do that)  and you can’t expect to start a business and immediately be successful, but this broken system that expects you to show up, give your best and maybe, if you are lucky, get something in return needs to stop.
Work for free if you want to, after all, this is your business and you are in full control of your choices, just don’t do it because someone told you, your future success depends on it.
