In this episode, we talk quite a bit about fishing this spring for crappie, catfish, sand bass (or white bass), and all sorts of panfish. Of course we talk about frying them up, and then learn that Jesse has obtained the proper permits to actually serve Bluegill and Redbreast in the restaurant! Then we dive deep into coastal fishing in the gulf and Cabo, followed by some talk on hogs and hunting to accompany the book discussion.
