Caroline spoke with Lou about the work she has done, as a ‘mosquito buzzing in the ears of the arts industry’, striving for cultural equity both in the UK and Australia, and how far there is yet to go on that journey. She described the work of Arts Access Victoria, including the brilliant new Alter State Festival, and all the work they have been doing with Arts Centre Melbourne to make it a truly accessible event.
