Dr. Alexandros Skandalakis is the Former Director of Global Manufacturing Capacity Footprint and CAPEX at Philip Morris International. He was responsible for the global manufacturing footprint (38 internal and 28 third party) including product sourcing optimization, strategic asset management, and global operations CAPEX. Alexandros has extensive experience in various operations leadership positions, including manufacturing, supply chain, strategy and planning at an affiliate, regional and global level. He is recognized as an empathetic servant leader, passionate about transformation and change management with a strong focus on results delivery, value creation and people activation.
