Description

Today we are talking about the over reliance of training on Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures, or “TTP’s.” Since the primary focus of TTP’s is HOW to do something, what is often not addressed is WHY you are doing it. This type of thinking and training can lead to a number of issues that may outweigh the initial problem you were trying to solve with new TTP’s.We start the show by discussing the seemingly logical process of how people analyze different scenarios and we point out some of the reasons why that analysis typically fails. Later in the show we talk about different “thinking points” and how you can use them to stay AHEAD of the problem, rather than just reacting to whatever new problem that arises. Please don’t forget to follow us on social media, you can find the links in the episode details and if you enjoyed the podcast, please tell your friends about it.
