Every time you quit you are losing that stretch. It's a quote I heard from someone that made me really think about the consequence of quitting on my goals. Was I setting goals and giving up on them because it got too hard or maybe I just got too lazy? We all know that daily achievement is made by little steps and consistency leads to bigger successes in the long run.
