We send our children out to the world totally believing they can be who they are meant to be. We offer the encouragement, tell them to let their light shine, but do we tell them it will also be scary? That it will also feel uncomfortable and may cause us to want to quit? Shining fully in our gifts is NOT easy. Let's be our children's or friend's biggest fan by doing THIS trick and being sure to tell them the right things about what it means to go let their light shine.
