Last week, Disney held their quarterly earnings call where Bob Iger commented about adding more capacity to the theme parks. He mentioned that with the success of Avatar at the box office and at Disney's Animal Kingdom in Florida, that an Avatar Experience would be coming to Disneyland in the future. Also on the earnings call, Iger addressed the higher pricing and capacity mix. He stated that they are listening to guests who feel that they are being priced out of the parks by lowering prices on some of the experiences. He also mentioned that he didn't feel that the annual increase in ticket pricing was too much above the rate of inflation at Disneyland. There has been a rash of mis-spellings of signs and statues all over the resort since the Disney100 started to roll in. Incorrect years on attractions and movie premiere dates, coming soon signage on Indy, and the Mickey statue in town square with "It all started with a mouse" instead of "It was all started by a mouse." Disney has been quick to fix these snafus around the parks. Even more things are coming to the resort for Celebrate Soulfully at Disney California Adventure. Moon Girl from the new Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur on Disney+ will be coming for some meet and greets.
