This Friday, January 17th is the official opening of Rise of the Resistance at Disneyland! Disney announced this week that R2-D2 will be a permanent fixture rolling around Batuu at Disneyland. For guests living in Southern California, or kids anywhere, there are some good ticket deals for 2020. Now through May 18th, Southern California residents can purchase a three day, one park per day ticket for $67 per day, or $201 per ticket. Tickets are limited to 5 per person, per day and are the same for children or adults. For families outside of Southern California, children ages 3-9 can get the same $67 per day, three day, one park per day ticket. Tickets are still available for 80s night at Disneyland After Dark on January 29th. The party goes from 9pm to 1am, with early park access starting at 6pm. The evening includes specialty food like the Sloppy Joe Burger at Red Rose Tavern, photo opportunities with themes like “Tron,” Mousercise,” “The Little Mermaid,” and more. The Fantasyland Theatre will return to Videopolis with a VJ playing music videos from the 80s. A special fireworks show “Awesome After Dark – Fireworks to the Max” will also premiere. The Disney Parks Blog has released the Foodie Guide to Lunar New Year 2020 at DCA. New details have been announced for the upcoming Food and Wine Festival. The festival will take place February 28 through April 21 over in DCA. Signature events that were announced include-
