Becoming a pioneer in an industry takes resolve and passion, two things Pharns Genece has in spades. From Disney, to the military, to building his own business that’s helping to save lives, he’s made waves in all of his endeavors. Listen as he tells his story and learn why he fully believes you do not need a degree to succeed.    Pharns is a first generation American. His family is from Haiti and they brought with them their serious attitude about school. But when Pharns graduated high school, he didn’t immediately go to college.    He was more interested in pursuing his passions and finding out what he loved doing. He worked on the road with musicians and found himself at the DisneyLand Resort working on show production.    Later he decided to join the military. He really wanted to become a pilot but they required that you have a degree. He changed his career path to join the healthcare field and became a medevac.    His experience in the military paired with his work in show production led him to create a company that uses drones to deliver medical supplies.
