The boys make their predictions for the upcoming World Cross Country Championships to be held at Mount Panorama/Wahluu, Bathurst on Saturday 18th February, 2023. They discuss the likely best Australian and overall winners in the Men’s, Women’s and Mixed Relay races as well as the likely atmosphere and outcome of the event as a whole.

Predictions are also made for the Golden Ticket Race to be held on Friday morning, for who will make the first six male and female finishers to run for an invitational place in the World Championship race.

Rorey Hunter talks with Brad about makes his first national team at Bathurst, recaps his training and trial race, decision to go up in distance, selection, confidence in his strength
Rorey talks about his goals and expectations for Bathurst, how it fits in with his track season before going into a typical week of training. He then shares with Brad the stories behind his personal bests and where his potential lies as well as goals for World Athletics Championships later in the year. 
Rorey then recounts his origins days back at school and how he was recruited for Indiana University, what he got out of his experience, differences between the American and Australian training systems and the significance of the Distance Medley Relay. After imparting some advice jor juniors looking for a college, Rorey talks about the transitioning into being a professional while working as a physio before wrapping up with his final preparations for Bathurst are.
