At the top of that list are two rivals, Dillon Gabriel at Number One and Quinn Ewers at Number Two. Is Quinn Ewers properly rated as the second best quarterback in the Big 12 this year and what does he need to do to be First Team All Big 12 at the end of the season when it really matters? Quinn Ewers had a disappointing season by most accounts last year, but at times the talent that made him one of the highest rated recruits of all time jumped off the screen.
