Description

Matthew Pendergrast was only two weeks away from graduating college.  He was happy, intelligent, and friendly.  He was also driven.  He knew that his purpose in life was to help the less fortunate.  Yet he suddenly disappeared one morning.  His car was found a state away, on a private dirt road, with the keys in the ignition.  Police could find no evidence of what happened to Matthew.  The only clues left behind involved elvish cults and drug runners.  This week, we explore what is known about the disappearance of this young man and what, if any, theories can be pieced together regarding his disappearance.  SHOW NOTEShttps://charleyproject.org/case/matthew-david-pendergrasthttps://memphismagazine.com/features/missing/https://katv.com/news/local/matthew-pendergrast-still-considered-missing-15-years-laterhttps://mysteriousuniverse.org/2020/07/the-bizarre-vanishing-of-matthew-pendergrast/https://www.fbi.gov/wanted/vicap/missing-persons/matthew-david-pendergrast-1Smells Like HumansLike listening to funny friends discuss curious human behavior.Listen on: Apple Podcasts   SpotifySupport the show
