Luke develops data and technology strategies and manages data governance for Australian Enterprises and the Victorian Government. He also provides innovation research services in Swarm Intelligence, Graph AI and Cryptocurrency. Luke is the principal architect of a future city project that combines cryptocurrency, swarm intelligence and smart data.
