Now that he has hired Kevin Barbay and Matt Brock to be his coordinators, Coach Arnett discusses how he landed on the two play-callers that he hired to run his offense and defense. Coach Arnett talks about how the hiring process went now that he is doing the interviewing and what he was looking for as he filled out his staff, including lessons he learned from his previous boss Mike Leach.
