Today's guest is Sandra Walter, a thoughtful, articulate, innovative, results-oriented professional with 30 years of progressive leadership and management experience with a diverse array of nonprofit organizations including foundations. Sandra serves as Director of Development for Airlink, which provides rapid response disaster relief by moving humanitarian aid workers and supplies through the skies when and where they are needed.
