Description
John Carughi is a former Marine infantryman that spent four years at Marine Corps Base Hawaii; however, Carughi recently became known internet-wide after a video of him disarming a rioter that had taken possession of a police rifle went viral during the height of the George Floyd protests.Today, Carughi joins me to briefly discuss his 4-year stint in the Marines and some of the training he received as an infantryman and marksmanship instructor. We also discuss his current career as a security contractor and a firearms instructor.Carughi has continued to blow up in the media so I appreciate him taking the time to come on the podcast and I look forward to our next interview. As always, make sure to subscribe and share the show!https://www.gofundme.com/f/seattle-weapon-snatcher-business-startup?utm_source=customer&utm_medium=copy_link&utm_campaign=p_cf+share-flow-1YouTube: http://bit.ly/formeractionguysYouTubeSpotify: http://bit.ly/formeractionguysGooglePlay: http://bit.ly/formeractionguysGoogleApplePodcast: http://bit.ly/formeractionguysAppleiHeartRadio: http://bit.ly/formeractionguysiheartr...Contact:Website: www.jcramergraphics.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/jcramergraphics Instagram: www.instagram.com/formeractionguys Twitter: https://twitter.com/4meractionguys Email: formeractionguyspodcast@gmail.com Reference:152 - Walkie-talkie style tactical radio7-Ton – Medium Tactical Vehicle Replacement (Dump truck-sized military vehicle for hauling troops, supplies, etc.)ABC - ANGLICO Basic CourseANGLICO – Air Naval Gunfire Liaison CompanyBLT – Battalion Landing TeamBRC - Basic Reconnaissance CourseCAR – Combat Action RibbonCLB – Combat Logistics BattalionCO - Commanding OfficerCOC – Command Operations CenterCOP - Combat OutpostCorpsman – Navy medic attached to MarinesEOD – Explosive Ordnance DisposalFAC - Forward Air ControllerFCT – Firepower Control TeamFDC – Fire Direction ControlFET – Female Engagement Team.FSCC – Fire Support Coordination Center.
