Toni mentions her recommendations with each customer, why she is making these recommendations as well as customer feedback. Later in the episode, we hear about Emily’s experience with her dog with severe allergies, the approach she took to, and how her dog is today.  The first customer interaction is around raw food, some serious diarrhea, and antibiotics.
