Description

Tamla Horsford (40) went to the house of her friend Jeanne Meyers for a sleepover in November 2018.  She took her onesie PJs and a bottle of tequila.   Tamla, along with a group of women and a few of their partners, watched football and played Cards Against Humanity.

As the night went on into the early morning hours, some attendees decided to go home while others went to bed.  Tamla was allegedly last seen alive at 1.47am on November 4, when she was eating gumbo and said that she planned to goto bed after having one final cigarette.

At 8.45am that same day, Tamla was found dead in Jeanne’s backyard.  Police initially believed that she had accidentally fallen from a deck on the second floor of the home.

The investigation into Tamla’s death was closed and then eventually reopened by the GBI.  Many people believe to this day that Tamla’s death was not an accident.
