I’m bringing you quite a different solo episode today where I’m sharing some big changes I’ve made in the business after having some life-affirming realisations. I talk about how the current online landscape calls for high touch, smaller group programs and because I will always focus on clients over profit, I have decided to reduce my monthly revenue to truly serve my clients in the way they need. In this season, I have the desire to evolve my business model.
