Welcome back to the greatest podcast ever podcasted! Once again, Jack is joined by Ellen Weatherford, Vikram Baliga & Ashley Bray to celebrate the holiday season! This time, Jack and Ellen share their favourite conservation success stories of 2022 and everyone looks forward to 2023 with some New Year’s resolutions!
We begin with Ellen talking all about the Grasshopper Sparrow and a huge area of land which has just been protected in Florida. Then, Jack talks all about the Red Squirrels, Grey Squirrels and Pine Martens of Scotland. Finally, Vikram jumps in with a great story all about prairie dogs, plague and black-footed ferrets!
In the second part of the episode we discuss some of the audience’s favourite stories of 2022! This includes: Pine Martens being spotted in London, the Saving Wildcats Project, lots of zoo babies, the Pine Hoverfly Conservation Project and the Kent Bison Project.
