Description

[Comment: Our Cross]
Friends of the Rosary:
We must identify our own crosses in life. They are not just small inconveniences and difficulties in our day-to-day dwelling. A cross is much more persistent and heavier. It can be a disease, a physical impediment, an emotional struggle, lack of skills or education, economic poverty, social rejection, a bad marriage… After prayer, we can diagnose correctly our reality.
Once we discern what’s our cross — or crosses — we must embrace it, humble ourselves, and offer the suffering to the Eternal Father for the conversion of sinners. He gave to his own son a huge Cross. To us, He is giving a much lighter burden.
Our goal is salvation from our sins, not to eliminate suffering— which is, by the way, impossible through human forces. We surrender to the will of the Father, and alongside Jesus and Mary, gladly accept our monumental challenge.
This way we conquer peace on Earth and glory in the next life.
Ave Maria!
Christ is risen! He is risen, indeed!
