A lot of times in coaching, I hear "I just want to help" or "I'm helping my team" but you're not seeing the results that you'd hope for?
Sometimes, the not so fun truth is that "helping" can actually equal hurting, or rather, stunting the growth of those we attempt to lead and guide.
