My guest today is Tommy BanksTommy is a Michelin-starred chef and Great British Menu champion.He is the head chef at his family restaurant – the black swan, in 0ldstead North Yorkshire. He started cooking at the age of 17 and at just 24 he became the youngest chef in Britain at the time to win a Michelin star.
