This one is weird. Auburn, or Baylor East, is hiring another former Baylor assistant. Ron Roberts and Philip Montgomery, one from the Dave Aranda era and another who coached under Art Briles, have been hired at Auburn by Hugh Freeze. They both join the Kevin Steele fraternity. This honestly comes as a bit of a shock, for Roberts especially. He was just fired by Baylor. How does this constitute being hired at Auburn? The world may never know.
