Description
Show host Chris O'Regan happened upon Kingdom at PAX Prime 2015 and was drawn to its simple interface hiding a very deep and complex game. With the game now out on Steam and heading to Xbox One, Chris chats to developer Marco Bancale, an Italian ex-pat who lives in Iceland about Kingdom as he is one half of the team that made the game. The other being Thomas van den Berg, who is based in Holland. The pair have made an astonishingly compelling game that is very deep yet has a minimalistic interface. Chris asks Marco about his history in video game development, including his involvement with creating demos on PCs in the early 1990s.
