Beyond that, a shortage of over-the-counter medications for children like acetaminophen (Tylenol), and ibuprofen (Advil), as well as the commonly-prescribed antibiotic amoxicillin, has plenty of kids needlessly suffering and parents stressed. Dr. Dan Flanders, a pediatrician and owner of Kindercare Pediatrics, joins “This Matters” to diagnose what brought us here and share what parents can do to get their kids through this sniffly season.
