Dr. Tietzen is a first year paediatrics resident at BC Children's Hospital at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Dr. Peter Gill is a pediatric resident at the University of Toronto and Dr. Nicole Le Saux is a pediatric infectious diseases physician and Associate Professor at the University of Ottawa.  Dr. Le Saux is also the lead author on this guideline.
