Ugh. This is tough. In this week’s episode, of Girlfriends, I talk about ways to overcome jealousy and competition among women. This is something we are all vulnerable to, and yet we don’t talk about it often enough. We all do this. We all compare ourselves to others in ways that hurt our friendships and destroy our self esteem. We all compete with other women and mistakenly attempt to discern our self-worth in comparison games with other people.
