Grading, lesson planning, communication with parents, all the meetings, the never ending to do list for teachers easily creates 60 to 70 hour work weeks sometimes before you even realize it, you are exhausted and burned out and potentially struggling mentally, and it is really hard to stay productive in a career search during this time.
