#12. In this episode we interviewed Andra Liemandt. Andra is the Founder and President of The Kindness Campaign (TKC), a nonprofit that creates and provides accessible emotional health curriculum and programs to both children and adults in homes and classrooms. She is also the founder of KindMusic, an educational platform that combines songwriting and emotional health, while providing work opportunities for independent musicians. Finally, she is the creator of KindGym, a microlearning app launching 2022 that teaches emotional health skills and regulation.
