Our guest this week just won BOTH major events (Invitational and Open) at the 2022 American Royal World Series of BBQ. No one saw him coming - it was his first ever American Royal. An Executive Chef out of the Chicago area, Grant Basiliere did the impossible by first defeating over 200 other teams in the Invitational Competition and then again, the next day, ended up on top of over 500 other teams in the Open Competition.Dave and Andy talk about making that fall classic, chili.
