Apostolos Chatzichristos born in 1904  was a rebetiko singer and composer from Asia Minor who wrote the lyrics and music of many famous rebetiko songs which he also performed. Besides his own songs, he performed rebetika songs of other composers.
He tends to be perceived in the shadows of his prominent prolific colleagues of that time, such as Vassilis Tsitsanis, Yiannis Papaiounou, Markos Vamvakaris, and Manolis Hiotis.
