Then, for Song of the Week, Chris spotlights the classic blues number Elvis would go on to feature as his opener time and again: "See See Rider." Appropriately for this episode's release date, on the 44th anniversary of Elvis' passing, Justin follows up with the 300th Elvis song featured in Song of the Week: "That's All Right" the iconic, groundbreaking 1954 recording that broke a 19-year-old Elvis into an entire world of fame, adoration, opportunities and wealth. And we also tell the story of how producer Lester Melrose and, later, music publishing company Hill and Range, despite the song's success, were able to deny royalties to songwriter and bluesman Arthur "Big Boy" Crudup until after the end of his life.
