Description
The Seahawks new offensive coordinator Shane Waldron spoke to the media at training camp for the first time. Seattle is preparing for a mock game on Sunday and Waldron will be calling plays from the field. He stayed away from specifics with the offense, but did talk about the importance of tempo and how the short and intermediate game plays into having a balanced offense. Pete Carroll also talked about some players who impressed at camp early this week including rookie tackle Stone Forsythe. He also praised undrafted running back Josh Johnson and second-year receiver Freddie Swain.
