The Seahawks didn't escape the injury bug that hit the league in Week 2. Bruce Irvin and Marquise Blair were sent to injured reserve, so you won't hear their names, but Duane Brown, Rasheem Green and Benson Mayowa sat out practice on both Wednesday and Thursday. There was a long list of players who had relatively minor injuries or were rested from practice this week as well.
In my chat with Anthony Nachreiner of the Nach on Sports this week we talked about Russell Wilson's comments about wanting to win an MVP award and if there might be too much focus on that particular achievement. Despite two straight weeks of the Seahawks defense giving up big yardage, there's a bigger area of concern with the matchup against the Cowboys.
