Description
The Seattle Seahawks gave up 21 first half points to the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday and went into the half with only three points on offense. Two Quandre Diggs interceptions in the Rams first two possessions of the third quarter and a blocked field goal attempt by Rasheem Green on the third were the kind of plays the team needed to help the Seahawks offense get opportunities they needed to get back into the game.
Unfortunately, the Seahawks weren't able to capitalize with the defense holding the Rams to 28 points. It was the lowest scoring game for the Rams offense since the Pete Carroll first faced off against Sean McVay in Week 5 of the 2017 season.

Russell Wilson's April 15 contract date is likely a goal and not a deadline: Russell Wilson has set a deadline of April 15th to complete contract negotiations. But can it really be considered a deadline? If Wilson isn't planning to sit out offseason workouts or hold out into training camp, then the mid-April date should be called a goal rather than a deadline. by Seahawks Forever w/ Dan Viens
