It was a rollercoaster of emotions for Seahawks fans in this game watching the Rams get out to the early lead following a Jaron Brown fumble on the first possession. Later in the quarter, Russell Wilson connects with Tyler Lockett on an incredible play to put the Seahawks in the lead despite to early scoring drives by Los Angeles. Then it was back to the lows after Seattle chooses to play conservative and settle for a long field goal on 4th and 1. A miss by Jason Myers is followed by two touchdown scoring drives by the Rams and the two teams spend time trading scores in the second half. After Chris Carson bobbles a fourth down catch in the end zone for the go ahead score, it looks like Seattle had the game in the bag after an incredible interception by Tedric Thompson. Unable to get a first down, they give the ball back to the Rams who drive down and get in position for a game winning 44-yard field goal.
