Heather Hitchens is the CEO and President of the American Theatre Wing which hosts the Annual Tony Awards, Obie Awards, and has so many great educational and empowering programs to get people involved with the arts. Before becoming the CEO of The Wing, she worked in Arts Management through New York for decades with jobs through the New York State Council on the Arts, Meet the Composer, and several other amazing organizations!

In this episode, we discuss her pathway to the American Theatre Wing, what drives her to keep up these amazing campaigns, The Tony Awards, her daily duties as a CEO/President, and (as always) her views on education or experience.
