Description

Alice Brooks is the genius cinematographer behind the films “In The Heights” and “tick, tick…BOOM” and the Apple TV series “Home Before Dark”! But that’s not all! She is also the Director of Photography for the upcoming “WICKED” movie starring Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, directed by Jon Chu!

I sat down with her earlier this week and we discussed how she got into the industry and working with Lin-Manuel Miranda and Jon Chu on so many amazing projects, what advice she would give on getting into the world of cinematography, and as much as we could about the “WICKED” film!
This season I want to highlight the people that can and should be the mentors for people of all ages wanting to get into the industry! Join me in connecting to Broadway and figuring our way into the industry!
