This week we continue our Metaphors Matter series, but from a different angle...we all encounter "problems" at work of varying size, impact, and severity.  Being as we're trying to move from mechanical or biological metaphors, would it make sense to refer to these problems as illnesses?  Or injuries?  What about the idea of disease in an organization?  Join us this week as the panel unpacks this metaphor.  Cheers!
