Description
In Japan, forest bathing is called shinrin-yoku: "shinrin," which means "forest," and "yoku" means "bath." So "shinrin-yoku" means "bathing in the forest," which is a short, leisurely visit to a forest, similar to natural aromatherapy.According to Harvard research, investigations confirmed that trees communicate with each other and share nutrients through their roots, forming a complex system. When visiting a forest for relaxation and recreation, we breathe phytoncides (wood essential oils), which are antimicrobial organic volatile substances derived from trees. They have bactericidal benefits and can also be found in vegetables and fruits (as in onions and garlic). Phytoncide controls or kills various germs and viruses in the air, purifies the air, and enhances the self-cleaning capability. Phytoncide has been keeping health in many places. As respiratory diseases and mutant viruses have become a global issue, and various syndromes caused by chemical substances become more severe problems, in reality, the interest on Phytoncide will be magnified even more.To find more information about our amazing guests visits her website: http://lindaseagraves.com/about/#ISAMIZU #health #epigenetics #biohacking #biological #upgrade #stressfree #science#healyworld #relaxation #wellness
